MARA WOODEN AFRICAN ELEPHANT TD 16″Mara also known as big-leaf mahogany, is a tree species found in Western South America. Growing up to 50 meters (165 feet) tall, this tree produces a long straight bole and when polished it takes on a gold luster. Sri Lankan craftsman use Mara to show their exquisite work and the richness of the wood.
