Description Organic plain bread flour mix – 500g made from rice, buckwheat and psyllium flours. Ready-to-use mix for homemade gluten-free bread. Rice and buckwheat flours are not suitable for bread-making. However, psyllium is an excellent substitute for gluten. It adds softness and puffiness to the preparation. Ecocert-certified product. Gluten-free bread recipe: – 400g organic bread flour mix – 1 sachet baker’s yeast – 5g salt – 34ml warm water Dilute the yeast in a little lukewarm water and let it activate for a few minutes. Add remaining water. In a bowl, combine the Mamie Malice organic bread flour mix, salt and yeast and mix thoroughly. Cover with a cloth and leave to rise for several hours. Preheat oven to 240°C. Place the bread dough in the oven and reduce the temperature to 220°C. Bake for 25 min.
