At E-Ride Pro USA, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely ok with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unuse, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, labels, manuals, and packaging must remain intact.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is require.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, contact our customer service team at [email protected]. Once your request is reviewed and approve, you will receive:

  • A return authorization confirmation
  • A prepaid shipping label for return
  • Instructions on how and where to send the item

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accept or processed.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any damage, defect, or the wrong item:

5. Exchanges

To exchange an item:

  • Initiate a return for the original product
  • Place a new order for the desired item separately

Once your return is approved and process, a refund will be issued according to our refund policy.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your return:

  • Approve refunds will be process to your original payment method within 10 business days

E-Ride Pro Store USA provides a fix warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles purchase directly from our website or authorize dealers.

Coverage Period

  • 1 year or 2,000 miles from the date of purchase (whichever comes first)
  • Valid only for the original purchaser
  • Non-transferable

What Is Covered

We will repair or replace, at our discretion and free of charge, any parts found to be defective due to materials or workmanship. components include:

  • Frame
  • Motor
  • Battery (subject to performance criteria)
  • Major electrical or mechanical systems

What Is Not Covered

This warranty excludes:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications
  • Battery capacity loss below 70% during the warranty period
  • Consumables such as tires, brake pads, and suspension parts
  • Third-party accessories not supplied by E-Ride Pro USA
