Matured in first-fill Bourbon barrels for seven years before being transferred for further maturation into smaller quarter casks for a further two years. A full-bodied expression of Arran Single Malt, it balances aromas of rich vanilla sweetness against bold, peppery spice. Honey, coconut, pineapple and black pepper on the palate, with cherry and cinnamon lingering on the finish.
