Terms
This document does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
All vehicle sales from a Dealer to a Customer within the territory are govern by the Conditions of Supply outlined in this document. During the Warranty Period, Talaria—through its Dealers—provides a parts-only warranty, subject to the Conditions of Supply, Warranty Terms, Exclusions, and Procedures describe here.
Failure to meet the Warranty Conditions may result in the warranty being partially or fully void.
The Warranty remains valid even if the vehicle changes ownership. Any remaining coverage is transferable to subsequent owners.
Conditions of Warranty
We will replace any vehicle part that fails due to a material defect or incorrect factory assembly through a dealer, provided that:
- The vehicle displays the original manufacturer’s identification marks.
- The part to be replaced is either part of the original equipment or a genuine replacement part, and repairs or replacements are carried out by a dealer.
- Reasonable care has been taken to keep the vehicle clean and free from chemical damage, following the documentation provided by a dealer.
- The vehicle has not undergone unauthorized modifications, misuse, negligence, or accidents. It has not been used for purposes other than those intended, nor operated with fuel or lubricants other than those recommended.
- The vehicle is inspected before each use to ensure it remains in safe operating condition.
- The customer ensures that proper periodic inspections and services are conducted by a dealer according to the latest schedule provided by the selling dealer. The documentation given by the selling dealer during the vehicle handover always overrides the servicing and warranty information in the owner’s manual.

Conditions of Supply
The Customer must operate and maintain the Vehicle properly, following the instructions in the Owner’s Manual and any documentation by the Selling Dealer.
The Customer is responsible for all regular service, maintenance costs, and the replacement of items that wear out through normal use.
The Customer is also responsible for any failure or damage by abuse, neglect, or accidents including any incidental or consequential costs.
If a defect is available, the Customer should report it to a Dealer as soon as possible.
The Customer must also cover all labour costs, whether or not the issue is cover under warranty.
Any additional repairs not cover by the Warranty are the Customer’s responsibility.
Procedures
How to make a claim
If the customer encounters a problem with a vehicle that they believe falls under the warranty, they must promptly contact the selling dealer or another dealer to arrange an inspection of the vehicle.
If the customer believes a problem makes the vehicle unsafe to operate.
They must contact a dealer for assistance and must not use the vehicle until the dealer inspects it and clears it as safe for use. All warranty claims must go through a dealer.
Make a complaint
We aim for every customer to be satisfied with their vehicle and the service Talaria and its dealers provide.
If a customer has a complaint, they should submit it in writing directly to the selling dealer and send a copy to the aftersales department.
If the dealer does not resolve the issue to the customer’s satisfaction.
If the customer feels they face unfair treatment, they can request a review of the decision.
In that case, the customer can contact Llexeter directly for further instructions.
