1. Warranty Coverage
Eride Pro Store provides a limited one-year warranty on all new electric off-road motorcycles, furthermore including models like the Eride Pro SS, Eride Pro SR, Talaria MX5, Talaria X3, and Bonnell 775 MX, purchase through authorized Eride Pro dealers or directly from our official website.
This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and begins on the date of purchase. It is non-transferable. As of March 20, 2025, mileage limitations previously associated with warranty claims have been remove.
2. What Is Covered
During the warranty period, the Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace defective components related to materials or workmanship. Covered parts include, but are not limited to:
- The motorcycle frame
- The electric motor
- The battery (conditions apply)
- Other electrical and mechanical components
All repairs will use new or refurbished parts as deemed appropriate by Eride Pro Store.
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
a. Normal Wear and Tear
- Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or paint fading
- Wearable parts like brake pads, tires, chains, and suspension components
b. Damage from Misuse or Improper Use
- Accidents, collisions, neglect, abuse, or racing
- Improper maintenance or use outside recommended terrain
c. Unauthorized Modifications or Repairs
- Changes made without prior approval from Eride Pro Store
- Damage from third-party or aftermarket parts
d. Battery Degradation
- Normal capacity decrease over time is not covered, unless the battery drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period, in which case a replacement may be eligible
e. Third-Party Accessories
- Any aftermarket accessories or parts not approved by Eride Pro Store
4. How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a claim, the original owner should However the steps below shuold be followed
- Step 1: Contact an authorized Eride Pro dealer if purchased through one.

5. Limitation of Liability
Eride Pro Store’s liability is limited solely to repairing or replacing covered parts.
The Company is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of use or enjoyment of the Product
- Personal injury or property damage due to use or inability to use the Product
- Shipping, labor, or downtime costs unless agreed upon in writing
6. Policy Changes and Modifications
Here Eride Pro Store reserves the right to update or discontinue this warranty policy at any time without notice. Changes will not affect warranty coverage for products sold prior to the update.
