1. Shipping Policy

At E-Ride Pro Store, we prioritize delivering your electric bike or accessories safely and promptly. While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as:

  • Carrier disruptions
  • Severe weather conditions
  • Customs procedures (for international orders)
  • Global supply chain issues

We appreciate your patience and understanding when delays happen.

1.1 Order Processing & Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days
  • Domestic Delivery (U.S.): 4–5 business days
  • International Delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on the destination)

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number within 2 business days. You can use this to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Note: Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.

1.3 Shipping Fees

1.4 Address Changes & Delivery Appointments

If your shipping address changes after dispatch, it may delay delivery or incur additional carrier charges. We are not responsible for delays caused by address updates after shipment.

For deliveries requiring an appointment (such as residential freight), you must respond to the carrier within 14 days. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation, and you will be responsible for all shipping costs.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

2.1 Before Shipping

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours at no cost. After 24 hours but before shipment, cancellations or changes may incur a 3%–5% processing fee, depending on your payment method and order status.

If you want to change the color, model, or item, notify us before the order ships. Once in transit, changes cannot be made.

2.2 After Shipping

Once your order ships, cancellation is no longer possible. You may initiate a return following our standard return policy. Return shipping costs are your responsibility and are non-refundable.

2.3 After Delivery

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded after 30 days from the delivery date unless covered by our warranty policy.


3. Warranty Policy

We stand behind the quality of our electric off-road motorcycles. Our Limited Warranty ensures your bike performs reliably.

3.1 Coverage

  • Duration: 1 year or 2,000 miles, whichever comes first
  • Eligibility: Valid only for the original purchaser

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in key components, including:

  • Motor
  • Frame
  • Battery* (see below)
  • Electronic controller and wiring

Warranty repairs or replacements are provided free of charge for covered parts.

Battery Note: Battery degradation over time is normal. The warranty applies if capacity drops below 70% of the original within the warranty period.

3.2 Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear items (tires, brake pads, suspension parts)
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, neglect, or improper storage
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Water damage
  • Third-party accessories not supplied by E-Ride Pro USA

3.3 How to Claim Warranty Service

To submit a warranty claim:

  1. Email us at [email protected]
  2.  Note to cancel an already placed order buer is required to pay 10% of total order.
  3. Include your order number, purchase date, and a detailed description of the issue
  4. Attach clear photos or videos, if applicable

Our team will evaluate your claim and guide you through the next steps, which may include parts replacement, repair, or exchange.
